What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders under the value of R1000.00 will attract a R150.00 courier fee. This applicable to any delivery in South Africa. Born Fabulous may deliver the Products to you, and at your election via either:courier; or self-collection from the offices of Born Fabulous, or, in Born Fabulous’ sole and absolute discretion, from the stockists of the Products nearest to your physical address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment must always be made in South African Rands, as Born Fabulous trades in South African Rands, and can be made for Products via the following methods: debit card; credit card; and any other payments allowed for or provided for by Born Fabulous on the Website from time to time.

How long will delivery take?

Born Fabulous will, if your order is accepted, deliver the Products to you as soon as reasonably possible, and generally within 3 to 5 Business Days, after receipt of your payment. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Products for any reason.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Born Fabulous will do everything within reason to protect any private and/or confidential information supplied by you during your use of the Website.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a sales order via email from Born Fabulous, should all your items be avaialable for dispatch. A back order will be processed should your item be unavailable. The back order will contain an estimated time of avaliability. As soon as we have received the funds into our account, we will prepare & dispatch your order or notify you that it's ready for collection. A hard copy tax invoice and delivery note will be enclosed with your delivery. Please note no orders wil be delivered until funds reflect in our account.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All fulfilled orders will have an invoice associated with it. Please make use of this invoice number when enquiring about your order or as a proof of payment in case of returns.
